Adult Volunteers for the 2009 - 2010 Troop 294 year.
Attached to this Red Lantern is the list of volunteer needs to make Troop 294 a success each year. Now is a good time to plan ahead for the role you can play. For now all positions are shown open - If you want to continue as an experienced volunteer in the same role you have done before please let the Aeling's know, if you don't want to continue in a job you have been doing please let the Aeling's know. Or perhaps you would like to try something new? It would be great to be able to fill these positions now, so that planning this summer can focus on the youth activities and not on filling volunteer needs. reports

ASPL Report.   This month we have camped at eagle cave, which is a park where we can explore a cave. We also got to sleep in the cave, which was a fun experience.  We are also finishing up Biking, Hiking, and Chemistry.   We also prepared for Tomahawk by taking our swim test at Harding High School, instead of at the Camp itself.  Adam S.,

Immortals Patrol: This is Daurius M. and this is my Red Lantern article for May. This month we as a patrol did not do any thing. Now, the normal attendance is me, Joseph K., Ignatius B. and Ryan J. The people in my patrol are: Ignatius B., Ian B., Ian D., Galen D., Ryan J., Joseph K., and me, Darius. - Darius M., Patrol Leader.

Pi Patrol: Our second patrol activity was scheduled for Sunday the tenth of May.  Due to various reasons I was the only scout to show up.  We will not be having another activity.  This past week on Monday the eleventh, we all took our swim tests for summer camp at the Harding High School pool.  It was very refreshing, and personally, it did not last long enough. Members: Tyler E., John H., Regis H., Gideon K., Peter M., Joseph M., Noah M-R., Charles P., and Sal R. - Stephen K., Patrol Leader.

Infinite Sponges: Members: Caleb Bu., Jonas Bu., Ben L., Danny M., Andy M., Calvin R., Adam S., Matthew S., Elliot W., - Desmond B., Patrol Leader.
